In my life, I have tried to hold true to the knowing that "ya gotta feel bad to feel good", as a very good friend of mine once said. it turns out that, so far, my darkest struggles have turned out to be my greatest blessings. I have found strength, power and bravery when I most wanted to hide and wait it out. The human condition, I guess. I do wonder though, why it seems so hard sometimes. And then i remember, it's because we make it so. and it’s always darkest before the dawn.
